Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you received does not meet your expectations or is defective, please refer to the policies below to request a refund or replacement.

Warranty Period

The warranty period—along with the 30-day return and 45-day replacement windows—begins on whichever occurs first:

  • The date the Yarbo is activated, or
  • Three (3) days after delivery of all components in the complete Yarbo set

A complete Yarbo set includes:

  • Yarbo Core
  • First module
  • Accessory kit
  • Docking station
  • Battery

For customers who purchase a multi-in-one package:

  • The warranty period for the second and third modules begins on their respective activation dates or three (3) days after delivery.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned in original manufacturer packaging
    If lost, replacement packaging and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • The item must include all accessories and documentation
  • The item must be in saleable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders may not be cancelable after shipment
  • If cancellation is requested:
    We will attempt to intercept the shipment (not guaranteed)
    Any interception fees will be deducted from the refund

Accessories & Consumables

  • Return window: 14 days (if no defect)
  • Requirements:
    Item must be unused
    Must include original packaging
  • If packaging is missing/damaged → not eligible for return
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Inspection & Refund

  • All returned items undergo quality inspection
  • Refund amount is determined based on inspection results

45-Day Replacement Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspect your product immediately after receiving it
  • Report issues such as:
    Damage
    Defects
    Missing parts
    Incorrect items

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 45 days if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping, or
  • There are manufacturing or quality defects

⚠ Additional charges may apply for remote areas

Non-Eligible Cases

Products are not refundable or replaceable if:

  • Damage is caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions
  • Unauthorized components or accessories are used
  • Labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks are tampered with
  • Damage is caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, strong winds)

Process

  1. Submit your request via email
  2. We will acknowledge and inspect the case
  3. You will be informed if your request is approved
  4. If approved:
    You will receive a return shipping label
    Instructions for sending the product

Refund Process

  • Item will be inspected upon return
  • Refund amount is based on inspection results
  • Refund is issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank/card provider

Replacement Process

  • A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card
  • A new unit will be shipped immediately
  • Old unit will be picked up after delivery
  • Hold is released once the old unit is received

Important Notes

  • Provide your order number and reason for return when requesting a replacement
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Keep original packaging for at least 45 days after use
