Warranty Period
The warranty period—along with the 30-day return and 45-day replacement windows—begins on whichever occurs first:
- The date the Yarbo is activated, or
- Three (3) days after delivery of all components in the complete Yarbo set
A complete Yarbo set includes:
- Yarbo Core
- First module
- Accessory kit
- Docking station
- Battery
For customers who purchase a multi-in-one package:
- The warranty period for the second and third modules begins on their respective activation dates or three (3) days after delivery.

30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in original manufacturer packaging
If lost, replacement packaging and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- The item must include all accessories and documentation
- The item must be in saleable condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Order Cancellation After Shipment
- Orders may not be cancelable after shipment
- If cancellation is requested:
We will attempt to intercept the shipment (not guaranteed)
Any interception fees will be deducted from the refund
Accessories & Consumables
- Return window: 14 days (if no defect)
- Requirements:
Item must be unused
Must include original packaging
- If packaging is missing/damaged → not eligible for return
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Inspection & Refund
- All returned items undergo quality inspection
- Refund amount is determined based on inspection results

- The product is damaged during shipping, or
- There are manufacturing or quality defects

Non-Eligible Cases
Products are not refundable or replaceable if:
- Damage is caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions
- Unauthorized components or accessories are used
- Labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks are tampered with
- Damage is caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, strong winds)

Refund Process
- Item will be inspected upon return

- Refund is issued to your original payment method

Replacement Process
- A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card
- A new unit will be shipped immediately
- Old unit will be picked up after delivery
- Hold is released once the old unit is received

- Provide your order number and reason for return when requesting a replacement
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Keep original packaging for at least 45 days after use
